Created as a personal project, Briefbox offers multiple briefs for designers to create and improve in different areas of design. Henry’s Honey was a brief focused on Identity and packaging design.
Henry’s Honey is a premium British company that prides itself on producing luxury, organic honey. They wanted a clean and modern approach that would stand out on the shelves. I researched the process of producing organic honey and the key features were protecting the bees and flowers from chemicals.
I created a logo that combined the bee with a flower to show the connection between them and with the bee blending into the flower it gave a sense of protection. Using a clean typeface and rich colors to express the feeling of a premium and modern brand. The packaging is simple and uses elements of the logo to create a pattern on the label.
